I purchased a vehicle from Us Auto Sales back in march, the moment I left the shop I was at the mechanic shop with multiple mechanical issues. I reached out to us auto sales corporate center which they offer to exchange the vehicle I accepted the offer, a few days after having the vehicle I had to bring it to the mechanic for mechanical issues that needed to be fixed which was life threatening due to the steering wheel issue. They over charge me by ****** and the vehicle it's not worth only a little over *****

I bought a car in sept 2021 3 days later the check engine light came on it went off so i was like okay its nothing 4-5 days later it came on again. I reached out to the guy who worked and sold the car to me at the dealership and he sent me the number to the repair manager i called for days no answer. Left a voicemail and all. Never hear back i l called and called them finally i got the the guy on the phone again like who else do i call the lady wont answer or callback .. he said he was fired. Sell customers cars that are in major need of repairing before the customer sign contract. Don't want to pay for services for the car that should be covered under. I only had the car 45 days with visit to mechanic shop 2 times during the 45 days I have had it, which needed major service to even operate the car! Out of money and a car. Plus my account is up to date which payment is due next month ( my first payment) I will never refer anyone to them if you ask me stay away go somewhere where you can get your money wroth

I had purchased a 2015 ***** sonic early this month. No engine lights or anything were on the car when it was purchased. literally 2 days out of the one week warranty an engine light comes on but the car was still running fine. took it to auto zone for a diagnostics check and 6 different codes were showing. I purchased a 2015 Dodge Journey on 4/5/22 and on 4/11/22 my mom passed away and my vehicle started giving me problems the same day my mom passed I called and was told to file a claim and had to take the vehicle to the shop to get diagnosed I did that so the cost of what pep boys found was ***** to fix what they thought was needed to be fixed so I had to bring the car back because DOWC was requesting for pictures to show prof of what they are saying so the claim was denied. I want some simple information and the chat agent would not provide it. I refused to provide my contact information and the representative closed the chat. I would not recommend business with this organization. They are money hungry and do not care about their customers; most car dealers do not but for this dealership, it is highly apparent. Trash. The whole business. After notifying them of my homelessness due to a depression caused after loosing my child, I began attempting to rectify the situation. 29th of May I made one full car payment in the amount of ******. I purchase a car from US Auto sales on 4/20/22 (2) days later check engine light came on and I took it to pep boys like they requested they fixed it temporarily and then the check engine light came back on a day later and now the ** is went out and it's been 3 weeks without ac in the dead of summer time. I cane down to ***** location and there's nothing they've been doing to fix it. Now i have to wait till Monday to hear something back on what they are going to do.
