They're the worst company to purchase a car.. Its like buying 3 cars at 1 time. You ask to speak to a supervisor they never put them on the phone.. Trying to get help with pay off amount cause I lost my job.. Never missed a payment for over 5 yrs... NEVER GO HERE..

I purchased a car through US Auto and on January 4 I hit a deer My insurance company total my car I have been getting the runner around from US Auto about release my title to my insurance company so that they can pay off the car Every time I call I can not get anyone on the phone . If I could give them -5 stars I wouldthis is the worse place ever. Avoid at all cost, DO NOT BUY FROM HERE !!!!

Back in December I stared this new job I let them know that the first week I worked it was only 2 days being I was hired through a temp agency. I worked my 2 days and was about to work a full week the next week but I got sick and wasnt able to work my week while I was working one night they shut it off next morning I would have been stranded at work if I didnt know the 24 hour code to use. This is the worst company in the world i had a car accident and i was not the at fault party,but i didn't have the uninsured motorist coverage,but i what i did have was the cpi so along with that they was able to send out a Appraisal to get a quote so i can take it to the shop to get it fix,okay so when i got the information i needed to move forward i was able to drive my car to landmark ******** on **** blvd. to have them to fix my car so when i got there me and ******* walked around the car to inspect and when we got finis... read more

This company does NOT care about you , They are thirsty for money if i could leave 0 starts i would , they have put me through a mental depression and they will hassle you even when you told them that you cant make the payment , I pay my payments on time every two weeks and the one week i just simply couldnt the harassed me so bad i had to borrow money they bullied me and let me sob crying while i begged them to help me if i were you i would go elses where because you WILL regret it !

This is the worst place everYou wait on the phone for 20 min then phone disconnects. I have been waiting on a copy of my title and a letter of guarantee for a totaled vehicle to be sent to my insurance company for over a month. I hate this company. In the meantime my payoff increases

I spoke with him in regards to one of his sales people whom I had given a glowing review to for not returning my call in relation to not being happy with the vehicle I choose.
