I didn't know this place moved until someone I worked with told me When I told them about issue I was having with my car then I received an email from ******************* I called ******************* last month July concerning my vehicle not working they want to place my vehicle as repossession & still want me to make payments this is totally unprofessional I'm not making payments on a car that's not drivable

Can someone tell me or point me in the direction of the LAWYER for the class action suit with them. I have no warranties,recall on my car and its a nightmare.

I got my car March 31 2023, for some reason they disappeared, no calls telling anybody anything for buying the I was suppose to get an alignment, now my tires and brakes are bad, when I call this new company, to find out it's a bankrupsy comp. July 25th my car stopped working. I was told to take the car to *** Boys to get checked out and with the findings. The mechanic was to call the claims department to start an claim. Tuesday August 2nd, 2023 I spent the the day making phone calls between Westlake and US Auto Sales just to be told that the warranty was void and there was no knowledge of me ever having an warranty on my car.. I gave the last 6 digits of my VIN just to be told my car isn't in the system and another vehicle comes up when searched.

If I could give ZERO stars I would without a thought! this place takes advantage of people because of credit, or because your a woman and don't know much about cars, they finesse you. I paid for an extended warranty and it is not being honored, I as told that I could exchange the car for any other vehicle in the lot and then they closed down and the vehicle I have is trash!!! since the 1st week of purchasing I have been having is***s, my dashboard is lit like a Christmas tree. They are not honoring the extended warranty that I paid for, and it's like they haven't even took off anything from the principle amount initially owed even though for almost a year been paying $240 biweekly! This is a breach of contract as well!

I got my journey this year in February and in 45 days Ineeded a new head gasket for the truck I had to spend **** and still make payments on the truck now they saying I have a delinquent on my credit for fees, I know thing about cant get in contact with anybody from *** auto where is lake management cant get in contact with them either. I did not agree to anything with this company but I have to deal with them because of *** auto but if I didnt pay its OK for them to come take my car with no problem no question, the buy here... read more

US Auto sales has gone bankrupt and has left my loan with a collection agency which whom I do not have a contract with. The warranty that I had on my vehicle call is not valid anymore and they are not doing anything about it. They have left anyone with a vehicle that they has purchased from them in full limbo.
