Excellent customer service we were treated with respect, and the staff were highly supportive to my lady I was supporting. We were offered drinks!
Got my hair cut by Emily, after not going to Urban Concept for years (due to moving) and I’m so happy I did. She was really thorough throughout the entire process and took time to cut my hair, even though it’s long/ very thick. Left feeling amazing! Love my new haircut- thanks so much Emily!
