The doctors and nurses were very friendly and caring while we were there for my sons broken arm. Very considerate.

I had my son in the pediatric after care last night and the staff was amazing! They showed us so much care that my son has stated he never wants to go anywhere else!

I have had a great experience at Upstate Community General Hospital. All the employees have been great to work with very attentive very helpful. Probably my most interesting interaction was with the anesthesiologist I don't recall his name but he was so detailed on what the experience is going to be and what he was trying to do and after show me pictures of one he was going to put a nerve block in the base of my neck. I'll be going home tomorrow they got me ready to do so period thanks for great experience folks

Had surgery this week, love my doctors anyway but all staff included in my surgery were just wonderful....my nurses I had taking care of me after (which I was on the maternity floor) were absolutely amazing!! Had my own room & was very clean!

Best ed nurse ever named Steve. Was fast, personable, and made me laugh when I felt like I was dying. He definitely is in the right field. I wish ever nurse I encountered was like him.
