So disorganized, my meds were all wrong, was not able to order breakfast, waiting almost an hour for graham crackers. It's as bad as Samaritan.

My girls have been in all the area hospitals and I am always happiest being back at "Community"/Upstate. IF I have to choose one, this is it! From the convenience of parking to the hospitality of ALL staff they get my vote! By the way I had my daughters at this hospital 28 and 23 yrs ago. And the feelings haven't changed for that many years.

Came in Thursday to the Emergency Room...was treated with the up most respect....they did everything to find out what was wrong with me....Then I was transfer to 3 West....The staff is amazing...all 3 shift.....One nurse tech.....Nicole Matthew went out and beyond....assisting me with my shower, ...wrapping up my IV so they wouldn't get wet ....etc....even tho she wasn't my aide on Saturday....But overall the 3 West staff is the bomb.....
