All the staff were professional and caring. I felt very comfortable before my surgery and after. Recieving a phone call 24 hours after my surgery to see how I was doing really shows how much they care about there patients. I would recommend this hospital to anyone.
The doctor tells my mom last night she can take my dad home. We go there and they say he can’t go home. Note: We’re driving from Rochester. The only reason this place gets a 2 is because of the staff. They were wonderful. The doctor and PA aren’t.
Despite my illness, I had a Great Experience from the ER to my 3night stay on 4N!
Terrible , from the moment I drove up to the place ! No clear marking for where to enter . The woman at the front desk was more interested in her breakfast sa ndwich than a patient ! Registration was loud and unprofessional ! Manager of the department swearing while I was being assisted . Unprofessional nursing staff . Doctor wanted to remove my chemo port with no sedation , only lidocaine ! I walked out !
My care has been excellent , from ER to the 3rd floor . All of the staff is educated , helpful, caring and companionate . I am so glad that I choose here when the ambulance staff asked me where I wanted to go .
