The nursing staff, and the doctors were absolutely amazing, was a very rough time for my daughter with her first baby, but they showed nothing less then care, comppassion, understanding, help, and absolute true professionalism, there are no words to say how thankful I am for all of them
I had surgery here a year ago. My mother in-law had surgery few months ago. And Now Mark. This is a terrific hospital. The doctors and staff are all amazing. Much better hospital then Samaritan that's for sure.
The job was eventually done, that's all I can say..
This hospital is great they took gd care of my daughter I'm greatful my daughter and grandson is doing well I thank Upstate University Community General Hospital
My father has been there a couple or times and we will never be going back again. This time they literally could have killed him because of pure lack of caring and neglect. He went there for severe pain and a swelling in his wrist/hand after a surgery and they doped him all up and kept him for two whole days without putting in an iv or even making sure he was drinking enough fluids. Best hospital I been nurses are so in to their job talk to u nice and with respect not like upstate or saint Joseph so many bad experience in all them other hospitals
