Very hard to be a donor. They seem not to have the proper staff to handle the people who want to donate .. filled out form and talked to someone then they called and left message and when I call back get asked the same questions and get know where. Sorry to the people who need organ transplant. I was hoping I could help and be a match. But don’t trust them anymore

Worst medical experience I've ever had! From the Dr making inappropriate comments to the fact that the procedure failed and I was still charged full price are just a few of the many reasons I would NEVER recommend UPMC Lancaster to anyone! Genuinely focus on caring for people. Start with your employees, who are frustrated and miserable. Then your patients who get ushered around like livestock. UPMC is a health care factory with more emphasis on feng shui, marketing, and market control than actual "care".I will continue to choose BHS and AHN for health care.

I RECEIVED MY CADAVER KIDNEY 6 13 16 MY SURGEON WAS AMAZING AMIT TEVAR . STAFF WAS AWESOME CARING PROFESSIONAL PATIENT AND THE BEST HOSPITAL FOR ME I DON'T GO TO MY LOCAL HOSPITAL. MY FAMILY DRIVES ME120 MILES TO UPMC SO I CAN RECEIVE PROPER DIAGNOSIS AND TREATMENT THANK YOU UPMC!!!
Dear nurses aides of UPMC, I guess its part of your job to chase EMS out the door and mouth off to them in a parking lot?? Really? Okay?! I have never in my 18 years as an EMT dealing with UPMC all the time had to deal with what I had to today! Very uncalled for that your employees act in the manner they did today Very embarrassing!
