RecommendedThis was my first apartment with my own lease and I had a great experience here. The staff is really nice and the apartment manager is very understanding and efficient. They always answer their phones and they always put their residents first:
University Village made my transition into college so much smoother! They are super helpful and kind and are on top of everything! If you request maintenance before class and come back after class, it is taken care of! They also have the best office and other things that they offer. Living here was a great decision! I would recommend this place to anyone!
UV provides the best for its tenants. Whether it be accommodations or commodities, they treat us like royalty.
10/10 recommend. The location is close to campus making it a short walk for me everyday. The maintenance and office staff has always been super nice and helpful!

The staff at UV are truly amazing. They are always so helpful. They make sure all of the residents are taken care of. They throw awesome events as well. I would definitely recommend UV to any college student in the Greensboro area! Keep it up UV!
I love it here! It’s a super nice and clean place. They are super fast about maintenance requests which is really nice and everyone in the office is really helpful! The price is a little more, but for everything you get it’s worth it! Definitely would recommend this place to anyone!
