University Village is by far the best property I've ever dealt with in Greensboro and I have lived here for over 30 years. My daughter was transferring into Greensboro from another town and we called last minute needing a place for her to live. Ed was so accommodating and helpful!! He went above and beyond to meet all of our needs and helped her move in within a couple of days. The apartment was so clean and went above our expectations of amenities. We would recommend this property to anyone looking for a place to live.
Beware on signing leases. I am still trying to get my sons bond back from the after he officially signed out, handed his keys back AND found a sub leaser for his apartment. AND we keep getting DELINQUENT RENT noticed threatening court for non payment of rent of an apartment he no longer resides at!!! There doesn't seem to be any communication within the staff team...the left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing.
I've had a very enjoyable experience at University Village
As far as the staff I have absolutely no complaints. The problem lies within the residents. I woke up multiple times due to excessive noise from people partying and gathering in the parking lot. As well as those same people sitting on random cars in the parking lot, mine included. The roommate matching isn't very effective either. I would suggest if you want to live here, live with someone you know.
Extremely rude staff who make no accommodation. Not worth the constant battles. Eddie, the manager, good luck staying in business treating customers and college students this way. Disappointed
