I’ve lived at UV for almost a year now and I’ve already renewed for the fall! I’ve had nothing but great experiences while living here. The staff is always super helpful and nice with all my requests and the location is very convenient(close to school and my job)! I love going to the pool and studying in the clubhouse lobby. �
im formal resident i live there here for 3 years the staff are really firiendly and nice . its a little pricey but affordable . Im firends with jaml and my good buddy the manger Ed. so please stay at the uv in Greensboro
They don't enforce the noise rule, so if you are a serious student who wants a place to live where you can quietly study, do not lease at University Village.
Checked my daughter in this weekend for her Sophomore year at uncg and everyone was very friendly and well organized. The manager was on site to over see everything. Maintenance personnel were there to resolve any issues.
As I was moving out, a random guy came up to me that was very irritated and upset. He had just dropped his friend off to this apartment and went over the speed bump which messed up his car. He told me he went into the clubhouse to speak to ED, which is the owner of the place. The guy explained what happen to his car to ED. He asked if ED had any tape or if he could help him.
