I used to enjoy living at University Village Apartments. When I first moved in I had a pleasant experience, but recently there has been multiple miscommunications with the front office. For the price you pay, you should expect excellent customer service, but that seems to be lacking. Knowing what I do now, I wouldn’t have made the choice to live here.

This is a good location to live if you attend UNCG, you're still able to walk to all your classes.
UV is great. This is my first year living off campus and they made the transition from on campus to off campus easy. From the easy move in to now where they are constantly checking it and keeping us up to date on everything. They really cater to their residents being students by offering events, and amenities that we need and utilize and I’m excited to see what new things they have at the grand opening of the new clubhouse. I'm a law student from out of state and was super nervous about finding somewhere to live, but I can honestly say living here was one of the best decisions I've made. It's super affordable (Where else can you have a fully furnished, all utilities included apartment with a private bathroom?), the staff are extremely helpful and friendly, and I haven't had a single issue that they've been unable to help with. I love living here! The maintenance and office staff have always been super nice and helpful. Plus, it’s very close to campus!
Nice living space with responsive staff. They seem to regularly hold events showing appreciation for residents, from free food to gifts for residents, and the few times I've had an issue (chair provided in bedroom had an issue) and put in a complaint, it was fixed better than I expected before I even got out of class! I couldn't think of a better apartment living experience to start with.
