Head of management here is consistently rude, irrational, and snobby. They make no accommodations. And if you like being treated like a 5 year old and belittled upon any requests, this is the place to live.
Manager, Ed Maddox was extremely rude to me & when I let him know that, he responded with "I'm sorry you feel that way". It is a shame that he feels entitled to treat me with less respect because I am a student. I am an adult, & I deserve the respect I show others.
