RecommendedI love this place. Great apartment and the office and maintenance team are always fast and helpful.
This is my third year living here and I could not have picked a better place to live. The maintenance staff is really on top of things, and the office/management staff is really nice and helpful if you have any concerns. They have lots of fun things for the residents as well. You will not find a better place to live that has everything UV has, at a better price.
Staff is always so helpful and Maintenance is quick and efficient! I loveeeeee this place ♥️

UV is the only complex I have lived in since moving off campus. It’s great having my independence but also great knowing that they go above and beyond to kindly offer things for students such as breakfast, giveaways and other events on a regular basis!
UV has an extremely patient staff. I was away this past summer with no internet access and the staff worked with my mom to work out my lease. My mom can be difficult to deal with at times so I am grateful for the patience the staff showed her and am happy to be living here.
Honestly don’t think I could’ve made a better decision in picking an apartment. The staff is friendly & always helpful & they are continuously striving to be better. It’s a great community that I feel safe in & is within walking distance from UNCG. It is a little bit more expensive than others, but for what you’re getting, it’s worth it.
Awesome place to live!!!! Roomy apartments and friendly staff. Security guard that lives on site. Nice amenities and an A+ Facilities and Maintenance team.
