I love living at UV, great staff and very close to UNCG. The location is close to everything you need & the amenities are awesome! They have everything; a 24 hour gym, free coffee, washer and dryer in each apartment, fully furnished and continually finding ways to interact with the residents. Great place to live!

I love living at UV! I was apprehensive at first because I just moved to Greensboro and didn’t know much about the area. But UV is right across the street from UNCG campus so it’s so convenient! All the staff are incredibly nice here at UV and the Maintenance crew always comes asap when I have an issue I need help with. Also, did I mention how nice the clubhouse is?! What other place offers Apple computer lab with printers and a nice study area to do homework. Overall UV gets 5 stars from me

UV is one of the best places to live as a student at UNCG. It’s mere minutes from Spring Garden St., a prime location for restaurants and other student-approved spots, as well as central campus. Living at UV means you don’t have to purchase a parking pass and worry about finding a spot because you can just walk everywhere and get there in minutes! University Village has everything you need. University village does a great job in collaborating with athletes. It makes sense as to why most UNCG athletes stay here, other than the fact of how close it is to the Coleman Building. I've lived here for 2.5 years now, and I've never had issues. Management and maintenance are very responsive and always there to help. You get what you pay for. In terms, means that you are getting the greatest off campus apartment complex, thats the closest to UNCG's campus.
