RecommendedGreat place to live while attending school. Great area and friendly staff! It is so close to campus and an easy walk. The location is amazing and only a few minutes drive to many places in Greensboro.
So far I’ve had a great experience at UV. The management is really sweet and is very quick to respond! The only con I have living here is the parking situation and not having visitor parking spaces.
Exceptional place to live while attending school! Great area, great neighbors, exceptional staff, and so close to campus!
With the Covid crisis, this over-priced complex just gets greedier. All amenities are closed. Most residents have left. Yet, they are charging full rent — no discounts at all, even though overhead costs are drastically lower. Less electricity, less water, no pool, no gym to clean. But no discounts. Purchased for $40 million. Rents collected each year are more than $4 million. Owned by out of touch money grabbers in NYC with no care for students at all.

My best friend and I have been talking about off campus living for the past 2 years. After visiting and researching several student living complexes, we couldn’t find anything remotely close to that “home away from home” feeling. Super nice property and the front desk workers are super kind!
I’ve been at UV for the whole semester now. I was honestly really worried because of the bad reviews on google but i’ve had a great time while i’ve been here, no safety issues at all. Every time there’s a problem, the maintenance fixes it ASAP, getting mail is easy and the staff are all very nice. The rooms are a good size and living rooms are much bigger than it looked like in pictures. UV is great. It’s convenience is amazing because it’s so close to UNCG! I didn’t have to buy a parking pass which saved me money.
