I am being treating at the wound center out patience . All from receptionist, nurses and Doctors have been great from treatment bedside manner and answering questions. A one treatment! And using valet parking is nice when it’s hard to walk.

I was there and the er department if you want the wait to be not long done sit there and tell me you will be there when you was told 3 times you would .it was 2 and a half hours later then come too see us its poor
absolutely the. worse hospital ive ever been too sat there for 6 hours without helped i just ended up leaving. might as well just shut this place down thats how useless it is
The doctors and nurses in the Emergency Room were awesome. They were kind n gentle. They explained everything they were doing it going to do so I could understand.

Was very pleased with the professionalism and speedy results and service. Told them what was going on and took me right to triage then my room. I am very pleased to know that upstate is wonderful to place to go when there is a problem that needs looking at right away. I actually saw a doctor too, PA and my two nurses! Just the experience i need after 5 hours of waiting at one st joes hospital and 1 hour at another!
Nice place, caring people
they should improve the quality care of their patients alot better they seem to only care about keeping the money floating there and no-one seems to be on the same communication level I'm writing this in behave of kathleen who's condition is worsening by the day I wish someone there would take some responsibility and admit they should transport her to the mayo clinic in Rochester
