I have never had so much miscommunication or lack of communication! My husband has been a patient there for over a week with 2 chest tubes. we are being told that he needs a heart and liver transplant. the last I spoke with a doctor was monday and I have called atleast 3 times a day since then asking someone to call me for an update and have yet to get a phone call from them!! Too many issues to even list here. No communication with patients family. Doctors make decisions that cause further issues because they did not read the chart. More harm done each visit. Some nurses and doctors are half way decent if you can reach them but most are rude and in a rush. Surgical errors have taken place. Routine care errors have taken place. It is an unorganized poorly managed mess.

I was recently a patient in the ER admitted to 6A then 10E the staff was very caring. Everyone from Doctors, residents, nurses, nursing assistants and Diagnostic Imaging did everything to make m comfortable. I was a in serious condition with breathing issues and knew I was going to evaluated for cancer diagnosis. That alone was terrified me and with covid19 not being able to have family with me just showed how caring everyone there was. I did not have family but I was not alone. Even support staff like transport showed compa... read more

I honestly have nothing. All I know is my mother-in-law with mild dementia spent 2 wks there, given what we now know were unnecessary tests and was treated terribly. That is a fact. Horrible place, mean nurses and Doctors who do not care except for $. This was a nightmare for our family.
