I was referred to Dr Johnathan Riddell for my infant daughters kidney issue. He did an immaculate job with my daughter and fixed her right up. I will definitely be recommending him and upstate! Cannot thank him enough.
The staff at Upstate is AMAZING! My grandmother is currently in the ICU and the nurses and doctors there are caring, professional and thorough in their care and treated her, myself and my family with compassion. They explained the current plan of care and asked if we had any questions about anything. I would recommend this hospital to anyone!!
LAWSUIT!!!!! VIOLATED TONS OF RULES AND RIGHTS OF A PATIENT
was told to have my son here at 11 for minor surgery at 1230, it is now 130 and I still haven't even signed consent forms yet, I think it may be time to start looking for a new hospital
Care and staff were excellent. Found out what was wrong and helped set up follow up care with specialist. Only is was there for eight hours and the parking garage charged me for 2 days the garage staff sucks
Decent care but once your out you are OUT! I’m supposed to be receiving temporary disability to get me through until I go back to work yet the necessary paperwork has not been completed by my DR and sent to my employer. It’s been sitting in the Doctor’s inbox for nearly a week!!
There for testing and they were very patient and thorough.
Norm has got good care from all the staff. Feeling Blessed.
My daughter had surgery in the Pediatric Surgery Unit. Her nurses were all amazing. Thank you, Tracy, Liz, Stephanie, and the OR nurses whose names escape me. No one wants their child to have to have surgery, but if your child has to they will take great care of them.
