It's really a "0" poor customer service, schedule issues every time and no direction. Nearly 2 days and no call from the doctor/clinic. Parking is horrible and I just can't take it anymore. Lies upon lies. Upstate just sucks your $$$
Anne from 6b medicine is amazing, she went above and beyond her job duties!!! Always had a smile on her face, was very positive, and compassionate!!! I couldnt have asked for a better nurse, however all the staff up there were wonderful and did an outstanding job!!!

Fantastic rooftop helipad. I stop there all the time while visiting Syracuse.
My father had his wallet stolen here, they did nothing about it until we asked multiple times, then they “looked around”.

My 4 month old granddaughter had a procedure requiring going to sleep and spending the night I will tell u from check in at registration to Children's Surgery to the 11th floor at Golisano Children's Hospital to ALL the MD's & Nurses EVERYTHING was TOP NOTCH!!! As a nurse I do not say this lightly these people and this hospital are NOTHING LESS THAN AMAZING!!! Kudos to Upstate & Golisano 👶🏻 's U GOT IT DOWN!!! KEEP UP THE AMAZING WORK!!!!
ER waiting room needs attention. very long waits. but I believe that they do well but don't leave elderly or compromised people by themselves if they get admitted. You have to stay on top of things there.
