Upstate neurology is the very best at what they do. Dr. Young and the multi-disciplinary group are all professional and compassionate people. As an ALS sufferer, I have always felt that my physical and emotional needs are met in the most caring way. I would, and have highly recommend this wonderful group to anyone with a neurological disorder. They are the best.
I had surgery on my wrist. the nurses in the outpatient surgery Department were amazing. they are very caring and attentive. they knew exactly what to do when I was in pain and I needed some extra TLC. thank you so much for everything that was done for me. God bless you all.
RUDE staff. Called the pain management center for help to figure out information on a procedure and all I got was attitude and NO answers. Do not recommend.
Just got home with my husband that had 2nd degree burns to his feet, legs, arms, and neck. I can say that all the staff we had on floor 5B were amazing!!! The nurses and the nurses aids did a great job keeping us posted and made us the most comfortable we could be. Thank you all
Syracuse hospital is a fucking joke I tell ya !! There staff are so rude it isn’t funny !! What hospital harasses the patients family and tells them that we don’t care what happens to them ??

Been here 11 days since my terrible accident and am very happy with my treatment. Each and every staff member I met had a wonderful attitude and seemed very passionate about helping others.
We arrived at the ER approx 2:20 P.M and didn’t get to a room till after 8p.m. My daughter has a brachial cleft cyst she’s awaiting surgery on for a year now . It keeps getting infected and we end up back at the ER for meds and treatment (draining ) which is just beyond ridiculous at this point! Why they can’t keep her on antibiotics till surgery to avoid these issues and her further pain is beyond my realm of comprehension ! So to say I’m disgusted and frustrated with Upstate at this point is a major understatement !! The t... read more
The nicest Dr.s and nurses along with all staff. So kind and helpful. Had two surgeries in 4 days recently and never met so many caring people. Thank you all❤️
