HORRIFYING .... not really sure if i will ever return to the ER again
I am presently in room 1214 as we speak, having been admitted for symptoms of a heart attack. I have not seen my dr in about three hours. a 3 1/2-4 hour "treatment" is now in its 5th hour. when I hit my alert button for assistance it took 2 1/2 minutes for a response. I was told he was busy, it could be awhile. THAT was 30 minutes ago. What would YOU recommend about this place?????
amazing place I would go here than Oswego hospital anyday I drank a whole bottle of vodka 80 proof an had an accidentally wet my pants while at the hospital an pushed the help button and 4-7mins a very nice Nurse came in an I was very embarrassed I was wrapped in a blankie an mention that I wet my diaper an was wondering if there is anyway to get a dry one an she gave me a gown and 2 dry diapers an put 1 one an OMG they're sooo comfortable an the best wished I could knew the name of them

After having spent multiple days with a Ill family member.with GBM between October and April when he lost his fight I have to tell you what a difference! I can't describe the wonderful care and atmosphere between 9th and 10th floor and was always clean and staff helpful. Yesterday went to visit another family member who was sent 1 week ago and 6th floor was somewhat a disappointment. THE halls where very cluttered hard to get through and can't imagine if emergency .not as clean looking, rooms very tiny and don't allow for a ... read more
My experience is with the Cancer Center and have found them to be very caring and professional.
my iv has had my.blood backed in it for over a half hour no one came to take my iv out when they were told to

All I can is thank you to the ER department. The long wait was well worth it. To everyone handle my care thank you for listening and treating me like a human being.
