They all worked great with my daughter in i wouldnt send her no where different...had some bumpy roads but still did got my baby up in going...Fast!!!!
The pediatric ER @ upstate is hands down the best ER department for kids. Very well mannered nurses and great team of doctors. My son is doing better.
Every and I do mean Every Staff member at Upstate Hospital is truly there for the patient. When I leave at the end of the night to go home I feel very comfortable knowing my wife’s life is in the best care possible. Thank you to all staff
Can't get anyone from there to schedule the follow-up tests or even call me back. I've called every day for more than a week. Every day they say "someone will call you back." Every day no one calls, no tests scheduled, even ran out of meds just I told them was going to happen, with no action from them.
I was saved from having pneumonia & brought back 2 life thank u from the bottom of my heart 2 the icu unit team praise the lord 4 yall .
I was there yesterday for my first time to visit a dear friend on the 9th floor ICU. The floor was filthy, I had to ask several times for my friend to be comforted. A young nurse ( a girl who was not her regular nurse) cane in to speak with the male nurse - I had stated my friends leg needed to be moved - the girl turned around and yanked on her leg and hurt her terribly - she said oh I didn’t know that would happen because I’m not her nurse. My son has been sitting in the er for over 2 hours now waiting to be seen I think this is terrible service.
Was rushed from Canton-Potsdam hospital to SUNY upstate at 3am, with a blood clot in my neck! I am a cancer patient and felt like no one but my 2 amazing nurses (Kayla and Sarah floor 6b) took anything my mom and I said serious. We never seen a real doctor and was told the surgical team would come and talk to us. We never seen them either. I was discharged at 4pm after only receiving 1 shot of blood thinner which I could of done at my own hospital and saved a 142 mile unnecessary ambulance bill I'm getting stuck with for no ... read more
