My 21 month old son had outpatient surgery on June 1st, performed by Kathryn Palomino MD and it was a very nervous and anxious experience. Although we traveled almost 2 hours from home to have the procedure performed, I am so happy we did. The staff at the facility was so helpful, nice and polite and understanding. Was there in the hospital for 5 days and all of my drs are associated w/ upstate and I just moved here from Pa and I was looking for a new dr and I love my dr and all of the people that took care of me while in the hospital and all the that have cared for me otherwise. Thank you everyone
Seriously am disgusted at the treatment a family member recieved. This is the second time in a month. Not random at being terrible and barbaric, you all seem to be pretty consistent! Week one interns should have supervised interactions on the floor.

Emergency room receptionist is rude! She gave everyone attitude that entered unless she knew you personally my mother was transferred from another hospital and she treated her like dirt
Their Neurology and Neurosurgery teams here are wonderful. They saved my life in 1994 when I underwent left temporal lobe surgery for my epilepsy. I have been completely seizure free ever since thanks to Dr. Andrew Bragdon, Dr. Mark Smith and Nurse Practitioner Lorraine Padden.
Bad staff waiting for every to see a doctor
My daughter got transfered here from our hospital with a broken jaw we came in on a Tuesday morning they set here up in a room in PEDs were we got the run around all day everyday saying they doing the surgery then come in after and say we can't tomorrow we will so this went on for three days I snapped on doctor case worker and administration they scheduled her surgery first thing Friday morning she had it but had to suffer a week in hospital before they did it I will never come back to this place with family or my friends it... read more
