The nurses are mostly nice and do a good job but the doctors however haven't done anything for me since I been here. I have been here almost a week. I am highly frustrated and in terrible pain.
If you can say one good thing about Cancer it's that it has put me in touch with the most amazing caring individuals that work at upstate hospital.....I have a great team of doctors and nurses who always make me feel like a celebrity when I'm there. ...I wouldn't go anywhere else!

My son had surgery there today - he is 4. Could not believe how nice and compassionate the nurses on the third floor were! No matter how many questions or concerns I had they dealt with them with sincerity, compassion and patience- your all angels!! Great job!
The emergency dept. Saved my life. I wouldn't be here if I went to any other hosptitol. Icu was excellent care too.
My Mom came into the ED on Thanksgiving afternoon and I cannot say enough about how incredible the staff are! The Doctors and Nurses took excellent care of my mother and the listened to me and her other scared and frazzled adult children, and took into account everything we told them. Thank you all for all that you did for my mother. Then the staff on 9E took over and the excellent care continued! I could not be happier with all that has been done for my Mom! Thank you all a million times over!!!!
My son was in and out Go Upstate ER much better cause I stopped coming here back now
