Couldn't ask for better!!! The staff is much fun...extremely friendly and welcoming...just LOVE them!
I think everyone on the 8th floor last year and now again have been very good to my husband and always explain everything to me and my family in what's going on etc.. very nice hospital and staff ....
The nurses were very nice and took their time to go over everything withe me. Also, the after care was great. Never had a problem when I go to this hospital.
Ive been coming to upstate for my cancer fight for 6 1/2 yrs now. I had surgery on sept 6th for a liver and lung resection. The surgeons Dr. Jain for liver and Dr Whalen for lung did a great job. I ve got to do some radiation as precaution. Everyone from nurses, surgeons, my oncologist Dr Seth, all of you at upstate thank for your care through these years, im still here. Im still friends with many dr and nurses here, love all of you.
I love this hospital.. they did amazingly well with treating my father.. and I wanna thank all of the great doctors for that..
As far as staff, they were wonderful. The rooms are to small. And the privacy is horrible. HIPPA must not be worried about here!
I have nothing to complain about other than the amount of time we spend waiting! Other than that the stay was a pleasure!
Our family would like to say Thank you for all the amazing Doctors, Nurses, and staff at Upstate Hospital who have taken care of our son, and for finding out what was wrong with him. He is on the mend and should be out in a day or two. Floors 9G and 10 G. Thank You The Kellogg Family
The nurses couldn't have been any nicer and funnier for what I had to go through. I've taken my kids to Upstate since they were babies and to this day I still go. They are wonderful
