I went in for what should have been an hour long surgery start to finish. I had complications and massive bleeding. The staff there was amazing and saved my life. Special thanks to the extraordinary care from John Fitzgerald in surgery, and Erika and Kyra in the surgical trama icu. All amazing nurses. Thank you!
Everyone of the hospital staff were so wonderful. Very accommodating. We were ther for the whole day but staff made things better for us. Great meal in cafeteria! Thank you Upstate and Dr. Shapiro for taking such good care of my son
Girlfriend passed out during lunch and started to convulse for several moments. When it was over she was unable to form sentences or walk. I rushed her to the ER where we waited for two and a half hours. Doctor told us she was dehydrated. She was just about fully recovered before we were seen. No tests were done to ensure prognosis was correct. Spent 4.5 hours there to have a quack tell us she needs to drink more. Utterly ridiculous!
