The nursing staff here are so rude. As a visitor I was not treated with respect, I asked a question, expressed a concern and got my head ripped off for being concerned about my brother. I did most of the work with him rather than the RNs who are paid to work here.
I know that I work here as a Locums Doctor at Community, but the staff in the emergency room took great care of me and saved my life from a life threatening anaphylaxis emergency! I can't thank them enough and am so grateful to them!
The nurses need to learn hand washing proper hand washing. Port care is awful in every part of hospital. I should not have to tell these nurses what to do.
My mother-in-law had back surgery several weeks ago. What we experienced after the surgery I wouldn't wish on our enemies. Absolute ineptness among much of the staff, non communication between the plethora of doctors and nurses giving her different medication and contradicting each other. Rude staff members...non caring staff members. Staff would promise to do things then never show up. I was here last year or my son and now my daughter. They are absolutely amazing and caring for my children. They never leave you uninformed and always listen to all of your concerns. I would recommend this hospital to anyone with little ones.
Dr smith in the er was a huge help and made it feel very personal every time i seen him good guy .
my wife had outpatient surgery today. The doctor had a very good bedside manner and took all questions into account. the nurses and staff ran around like army ants. Doing their jobs without fail. Plus taking care of me and other family members. Top notch care, my wife was so comfortable, still nervous not like she has been at other places. The only complaint is would have is she did not get any coffee after the surgery though.
