The lady at the front desk of the surgical waiting room is so friendly and welcoming. She is such a bright, helpful person. She always makes me smile when I come. I'm not a patient but my husband is. The rest of the staff is awesome as well!

ER said she wasn't that sick. Complained to no avail. Went to NKC Hospital. Admitted to ICU with sepsis. This was reported to the Dean of Medicine.
The staff was friendly and caring. They were right on schedule for my out patient surgery. I actually got home 45 minutes earlier than I expected. The facility was very clean and they were very conscientious about my comfort and that of my husband's comfort who was there all day with me.
My wife had hip surgery staff was very friendly and kind, don't think on a whole our experience at the hospital could of gone better, 2 things could of been better, 1 the cafeteria staff wasn't very friendly and only had a choice of Bagel or toast with nothing to put on it but jelly, ( due to pork allergies I couldn't have the sausage and egg sandwich) saying the menu was small is being polite, 2 I do think they released my wife quite a bit early, 30 min after I was allowed up there and maybe 1hr to 1 and a quarter after sur... read more
The care was great....except for the political politics I didn't much care for and ill b addressing that as need be
Mixed bag. When Vince had motorcycle accident, his 8 hour surgeon and follow up rehabs were excellent. we missed broke thumb on left hand, left my daughter to remove gravel from his face and she also had to inform them of need for stitches around eye injury cause it wouldn't quit bleeding. I spent a lot of time finding clothing and bedding daily along with trips 2-3 times a day down to cafeteria. This is another + and -. Minus was any food ordered via room. The Neurology & Oncology staff....doctors, nurses, aides, secretaries are absolutely awesome. They are taking excellent care of my little sister!
