I am currently in ICU with my son they've given him a complete examination so far everything is good. I brought him after we called the on-call doctor they thought he needed to come because his thighs, legs,and his feet were swollen. The overall care here was excellent he'll be wearing compression stockings until he can see the doctor. I praise God that it's not life treating!
Had surgery at the Indian Creek Campus. Doctors and staff are amazing. Stayed for 3 nights and they were so accomdatinig to my husband to be able to stay with me
It always well with me to be here. ..the atmosphere is cool.....the staff is helpful ... u can just look like u r lost and someone will ask if they can help you. .... I love the look I been coming here many times in my life as far back 50 yrs ago...and I can remember the old KUMed hospital. ....

This hospital is AMAZING! I will make the 4 hour trip from western KS to come here for anything surgical. I am a KU Med believer! From docs to cafeteria staff, and everyone in between - a wonderful experience! We are blessed with such caring and capable people in our state.
Saved my life from stage 4 cancer of the young 5 years ago And they have taken good care of me / trying to put me back together after Treatments distorted my body
I was in for an epilepsy study and it was amazing! I got answers to my seizures and my stay was pleasant thanks to the aides and nurses constantly making sure I had anything I needed. The doctor answered all my questions and even provided me with a book about my seizures. She saw me everyday to update me on the seizure information she had gathered after each day. I was in the hospital for 4 days, and it was an easy process and I left with answers that satisfied my condition. Thank you KU Med!
K.U. Med saved my life with a kidney transplant 13 years ago, this March 9th. I will always be grateful. And this is my Favorite hospital, because they always treat you right and with Respect.
