The care is very good. The billing department is incompetent.
My girlfriend has been in pain for hours because of possible gall stones. We've been in the ER for over 2 hours and there's still 11 people in front of us. We've talked to people that have been sitting in here for over 5 hours. I've been told KU has one of the highest ratings in customer care in the nation. I can't say that I'm satisfied with my experience so far.
The Best surgeon Sarah Woodrow my mom could have ever been blessed with. The best treatment and service by medical and other staff. Our family is very thankful.
To 9th Floor ICU staff,I have been in Error,The mojority of your staff has caused me to raise my rate to a 4! I have had a few procedures performed here as well as a major surgery. I cannot think of a better place if a hospital is needed. The Doctors, nurses, and any other staff have always been tops with me. I would not hesitate to head to KU Med in the future.

The 6th floor nursing staff is amazing! Every single staff member in units 63 and 64 far beyond exceed expectations! Thank you, thank you, thank you!
