Well since I got beat up by staffers. For leaving the er department with an iv still in my arm. And given and antibiotic i told you that i was alergic to. And you gave me the generic antibiotic. And have ignored my medical complaints because i have PTSD. And now my organs are sick now. I would like to give a -5.
Thank you for all of the great attention to the needs of family as we wait for our loved one to get through the surgery experience. We felt really important and included in the process! One word of possible re-think - when 2 parents are waiting for our young 20 year-old adult to complete the surgical procedure, which one is the chosen one to receive the free meal and get permission to be the first and only to see our son in recovery? Not to look a gift horse in the mouth, but both of us matter to him.
They did amazingly on my surgery. The staff and my doctor took very good care of me.

Terrible facility. Dirty and unprofessional. My grandmother went in for what they called a "simple procedure" and ablation surgery which would make her heart beat properly and make her feel much healthier. Instead they blew a 3" hole in both her artery and her vein in her leg and nearly killed her, didn't apologize for making the mistake had to perform a second surgery which now instead of a 1 week recovery she has a 3 month recovery and a giant wound on her leg which required 12 staples....which have all broken and now she ... read more
