I recently switched my security system over to Universal Systems. Ezzy Gavirio was my technician who installed new components, etc. We had some challenging technical issues but Ezzy stuck with it until we got things properly lined out. I really appreciate their effort to get things done right!

Ricardo was my technician and I was very happy with his on time arrival and quickly solved the problem.
Ricardo was our technician and he was extremely thorough and knowledgeable about our URC Automation System and was able to easily troubleshoot and solve the issue. I would recommend Universal and Ricardo for any home network issues as well as they have been a great resource for refining a home network that was installed by another vendor.

Have used Universal Systems for over 20 years for all our A/V installations and service. All of our experiences have been highly positive. The service techs are very knowledgable and helpful. Easy to schedule service and willing to try and resolve minor issues over the phone. Recently completed third new home AV installation and excellent as usual.
