Ricardo was on time and professional installing a network switch to connect to 3 ethernet ports, wired previously during our home build last year. He answered all my questions.

Had them change out an old tv for a new smart set. Ricardo and Armanda did a great job of installation and answered all of our user question.

Universal Systems set up our Game Room with sound, AV and internet when we remodeled 5 years ago. The service on 12/11 was needed because the DirecTV receivers and a couple other components had changed over the years so the master remote needed some tweaking. Armando C******* came out when promised (he called when he was on the way to give me 30 minutes heads up) and got me up and running again. Universal Systems installed a security system, cameras and got our media room up and working. Jason, Ricardo & Mando were really great to work with. Worked hard to get the job done and answered all the questions I had. We were really please with the installation process and the price for all equipment. I highly recommend them and will use them again in the future.
