Great Service and value Ricardo was our tech and he was able to get our wifi and hardwired connections up to speed so that we are able to handle offering out of the home as well as online classes for our college students.

Absolutely love the service of this company and our technician, Ricardo. We have a multitude of TVs throughout our home, bunch of issues accumulated over time because we fell behind on technology, programming updates, remote control issues, etc. and Ricardo came in and problem solved them ALL very quickly,. We have used Universal Systems for over 10 years for our home alarm and monitoring. Recently I found out they do TV and Wifi networking. They sent out one of their technicians Ricardo who did an excellent job. They will definitely be doing our work in the future.

What a great team. We had old TV that was going out and was built into a set of cabinets. Taking a few measurements and a couple of pictures, Davis C****** found a solution that allowed us to increase the screen size while avoiding significant costs to rebuild the cabinets system. Today, Ricardo came to replace a battery in our security system, install an Ethernet cable, and troubleshoot a few other things. He was so great and knowledgeable.
