We've been working with Universal for years for our alarm system. Great customer service and very fair pricing. Izzy has been our main contact with the company and has been with them for years. He's trustworthy and helpful and great at what he does! I highly recommend them.

Universal Systems has top-notch customer service; they are very friendly and understood what I needed to have done. Ricardo set up my receiver to Airplay and cleaned up the mess of wires that my internet provider had left me to figure out; he also labeled the wires that I need to know about - that was going above and beyond! I had a problem with my alarm. Universal sent out technician Izzy G******. He called stating that he was on his way and the approximate time of arrival. He came in questioned me as to what the alarm did, etc. He checked all the wires, batteries, replaced the faulty alarm and then impressed me by walking me through all the different reiterations of the alarm system. Ricardo arrived on designated time, ready for the job. A quick walk through and he completed the upgrade of our Surveillance system and installation of digital cameras. Upon completion of the job he cleaned up. Note during this Covid19 Ricardo wore his mask and because of the rain had booties over his shoes. Outstanding company and employee in Ricardo.

Universal Systems remedied my security related issue in 1 hour....when another company visited the home 3 times with no fix. I told them exactly what I thought the issue was, they troubleshooted the problem, and fixed the problem (which is what we thought.....dead phone line due to prior switch in providers). Other company wanted to sell me an entirely new system when a simple fix was in order. Our business switched from Voice Over internet and phone to ******* ********. We needed someone to network our internet and phones to existing lines. Let me just say our office was in need of help.
