I found Universal Systems after being frustrated trying to get a hold of GEEK SQUAD through their automated system. I`m glad I called Universal Systems. Their tech, Ricardo D., was very professional, on time, very friendly and knowledgeable and was able to get our home theater system back on line quickly. He explained the operation very thoroughly and made sure we were clear with the controls before he left. I would definitely call Universal Systems again in the future.
