Twenty two years ago we built our home and we had Universal install the computer net and the phone systems. They did an outstanding job then, and they are still doing excellent work. If anything the techs have gotten more skilled and are able to handle any situation that comes up. We have used Universal Systems for three years. When we built our home they installed our security system and surround sound media for our family room and patio. We've been using Universal for years. They've installed and routinely service our security and fire detection system, upgraded our intercom system, installed a security camera system, a wireless network, done two upgrades on our media room and installed surround-sound in our den. Ricardo D******** arrived early for my appointment with Universal Systems to fix my Stewart Filmscreen which had been stuck in the down position for several months. Previously I had had an electrician as well as a competing company from Dallas look at the problem with no luck. Ricardo was completely prepared bringing both a trigger mechanism and motor for the screen. I called Universal to reactive our alarm system. They responded very quickly and had a technician at our house within a few days. Ezzy showed up and was extraordinarily pleasant, professional and thorough. He had the system up and running in no time. He also demonstrated some system features of which I was previously unaware. All in all, a terrific experience with Universal and Ezzy in particular.
