Ezzy ******* did a great job getting my alarm up to the local fire inspector's standards so that we can start using our new paint booth. He also suggested some options that helped us save some money. We have been a Universal customer for many years because of the great service.

We have had two great experiences with Universal Systems. They are honest and don't try to "up-sell" on what is not needed. The quality of their workmanship is very good - they don't have to come back and fix things - and they are always courteous.

Universal Systems took care of my Nutone 3303 Repair. After a recent remodel, we needed a professional to repair and install our intercom system. Isabel "Ezzy" ******* was outstanding. His wealth of experience and knowledge saved our family money and time after we discovered the intercom was damaged during the remodel. Ezzy repaired quickly and gave us options to upgrade the unit in the future. Universal Systems will be our first call whenever we have audio / video system needs. We have used the for over twelve years.

Ricardo and Armando showed up early and installed our Arlo camera within a half hour. Not only were they super polite but they explained the system in detail to me. Before leaving he reviewed the system again and left me with his card in case I had any questions. An absolute pleasure!

What a refreshing experience! Riccardo arrived EARLY, was professional and ready to get to work. He asked a few questions so that he knew he was troubleshooting the right problems we were having. Less than an hour later our tv's are up and working, the satellite dish has been realigned and the equipment replaced. We'll definitely be calling Universal again. Thank you Riccardo!!

Ricardo, with Universal Systems, Richland Hills, TX, arrived on time. In fact, he was slightly ahead of time, which is fine with me. Ricardo is a very courteous person and very professional. He came in and went right to work installing and connecting 3 computers to a 4-in-one printer. He set up the computers, back up drive, the telephone for the FAX, the keyboards, mouse - EVERYTHING!.
