Ricardo and Richie came out to upgrade our network and did a great job. They were polite and timely and made sure that everything was back in place when they left. One of the problems we were having was with a gaming connection and my son wasn't available to try it out. They made sure that he had a number to text if he had any problems after the upgrade.

Ricardo D******** just re-installed my newly rebuilt subwoofers. As usual, he new exactly how to set them up and tweak them. I am not sure where Universal Systems finds these great techs. They not only do a good job, they exude confidence and leave the customer very satisfied with the work performed. I would have Ricardo back anytime to resolve any issue.

Universal has been our AV specialist for years and trust their service in every category. Recently we had Ezzy G****** install a transmitter for our security system and he persisted for hours which included 2 trips because our cellular coverage is compromised due to our location. I never doubted his ability to figure it out. He is easy to work with. No wonder that's how you pronounce his name. All the staff at universal are competent and dependable.

Our business has been a customer of Universal Systems for over 15 years and Izzy G****** has been our main service technician. He is a professional installer and has successfully assisted us over the years with various Access Control and Security system installs and repair. He handles all of our Fire Alarm Installations and service and always completes the work in a professional and timely manner. I also had Izzy install a Fire and Burgular system at my residence and he did his usual quality install.
