Universal Systems installed our A/V and security system. We were having an issue with our courtyard gate lock and before I had an opportunity to call the office I ran in to their serviceman, Ezzy G on our street and asked him if he had a moment to look at it. He could have easily told me to call the office and set up an appt. But instead he jumped right in and fixed the issue. We are very grateful for the excellent service provided by Ezzy and Universal Systems.
