A rating of 1 is way to high. Ulta is currently running their 21 days off savings event and their web site will not allow me to complete the purchase. I cannot even get past the secure checkout screen.I tried the chat line and waited 15 minutes before I could speak to a representative. "********" was a computer generated responder with completely inappropriate answers.Email was sent to me but after I responded, I heard nothing. Today I tried to call them and is couldn't even do this from their app, so I called directly. I ha... read more

Nightmare. Im a diamond member and Ulta card holder and Im about to be neither. I tried placing an order Sunday that couldnt process on their end. I wasnt aware Ulta was having these widespread problems for weeks because they have made NO ANNOUNCEMENT which is unconscionable. but I digress. The unprocessed order took all of my accrued points, and I cant reach anyone in customer service. Ive tried calling, texting, chatting and emailing. Repeatedly.
