On 11/23 I submitted an order. Later that day I received the email my order was shipped. On 12/14 I checked the tracking number and see that they are waiting for carrier pick up. I checked the carrier site and see they are waiting for the order to be shipped. Confusing? Yes. I contacted customer service and was told the exact same thing I saw through the tracking. If I could give you NO STARS for your Customer Services Call Center I would. The first rep told me she could not cancel my order or support me with changing the incorrect address to the correct address. She then tells me to reject the order when I get it! Are you serious? HOW CAN I REJECT MY ORDER IF ITS BEING SENT TO THE WRONG ADDRESS? Then I ask to speak to a supervisor. This moron puts me on mute. It's so obvious as there was no "on hold music" playing. Your customer service flat out lied to me (Twice). On the first call I was told I'd be "recieving a full refund and an e-mail to confirm". On the second call I asked why I hadn't yet received that e-mail. "It'll take 24 hours to recieve the confirmation e-mail". On the third call I was told there wouldn't be a refund at all. "We only issue refunds if an item hasn't been recieved within 10 days of shipment". Okay, fair enough. Only issue is that I've been awaiting my fiancé's $70 perfume for 26 days and I made that clear to t... read more
