Ulta does not believe in correcting their companys mistakes. They place the blame on the paying consumer instead of correcting their mistakes. I have disputed the latest charge on my credit card, as I have cancelled my most recent order. Save your money and shop elsewhere.

I am surprised at the reviews I have read about this Ulta because I have had nothing but great experiences there. I went recently and there was an employee who specifically worked for ******* but she helped me and my friend with great customer service. I asked for a foundation suggestion and she gave me high price and low price options. I asked her for so much more and she never gave us attitude. Wish I could give zero stars. This company is a scam. I ordered a product that cost quite a bit. I put in the correct address. They say my address was incorrect. The only thing missing was my apartment number. I dont understand how your package gets delivered to the wrong address when the street and house number were correct. I will never order from them again!! They had the nerve to tell me we cant refund or replace your order. Im so disgusted with this thieving company.
