I ordered online from Ulta but I never got the shipment. I reached out and asked for a refund and constantly got the standard message that my order was delivered successfully and that they would not refund or reship my items. It's been a back and forth for 3 weeks and they finally just sent me a copy of the ********* with a signature and it says that my doorman signed for it. I have no doorman! It sounds like I had the same experience as many others. I placed an order and within minutes I realized I accidentally had it shipped to a former address. There wasn't a option to edit the order so I emailed them right away to fix this problem... within 2 minutes of placing the order. They responded and said that they could not edit the order, and then I asked them to cancel it, they told me that they would not do that. I ordered 3 items from ulta online I changed my address before I ordered and yet somehow it sent it to an address I haven't lived at for about 5 years now? They refuse to give me a refund because the " item was successfully dropped at the porch" I don't live there it was not successful and I should of gotten my money back.
