have been a ******** Member at Ulta for years. I am willing to pay premium prices because I know the customer service has always been on point. Over the last year, my orders have arrived atrocious. ZERO STARS 06/20/2021 This order was made online on June 6. Every time we call they say, “Your order shows delivered. It should be there tomorrow. If it does not arrive please give us a call.” This is unacceptable. They are stating since the package shows as delivered they cannot [WILL NOT] provide a refund. The wait period according to them and nowhere on their website has changed from 8 days to 12 days and increases with every call.
