I have only been to Ulta about 3 times. I went at Christmas to purchase a gift and the clerk towards the end of my purchase asked if I would like to sign up for Rewards and mind you I had already put my debit card into the card reader and I said sure why not...I told her I probably wouldn't get to many points because I only go to Ulta maybe 3 times a year...I thought I was signing up for REWARD POINTS...well 2 months passed and I'm looking at my credit report and find that I had a negative report added...I'm like what?? My last contact with Ulta- You had my package delivered to the wrong address with a picture to prove it by laser ship and refused to reship my things or refund my money. I spent multiple hours on multiple phone calls with your customer service reps with no resolution. Then when I reported it to my bank and PayPal, Ulta lied saying the package was delivered (in spite of ensuring me that my file had a note stating it was delivered to the wrong address). Both my bank and PayPal denied the claims due to Ultas lie. I called ulta ... read more

I shop ULTA stores for all my make up needs. I recently moved to take care of my dad who has stage 4 cancer. I ordered some make up online trying to save time from having to go there and my address was still my old one. To my surprise when I received a email saying my stuff was delivered and it has not shown up I logged on and realized they have my old address. I emailed the company and recieved no help at all. Im saddens by the lack of empathy.

I had made a purchase on November 20, 2021 for the Dyson Special Edition Corrale Straightner a price of $529.99 (Order# K*****9234). The order was supposed to arrive on November 23, 2021 but never did. I had realized that the wrong shipping address was on there and contacted customer service. I felt discriminated when a manager did not follow the proper return policy. I asked if I could make an exchange for an item that I felt didnt work well with my hair. I was not able to find my receipt. I asked several times if they could find the return with my debt card. The manager ****** said they cant. She offered to return my item for .21 cents. Wish I could give zero stars. My package said it was delivered 2/2/22 and the proof of delivery photo showed the wrong address. Reached out immediately to ulta and told me I had to wait 3-4 days and then reach back out again if I still didnt receive anything. So I waited the 3-4 days and guess what, still didnt have my package. I reached back out and they told me to email them a photo of my door so they could look into it. I have been going to Ulta for almost a year. ***** has been very good and he had cut and colored my hair correctly. Unfortunately ***** started his own cosmetic business and so he no longer works at Ulta. He was so professional I continued to go to Ulta. I placed an online order for same day in store pickup. The system kept bumping me out saying my session timed out yet I had been continually completing the requested info. Order finally went through and when I received the email confirmation 5 minutes later it noted the my order was being shipped to my home. I purchased the dyson hair wrap and mascara in December. I never received the package. I asked my neighbors and checked all around the house. I contacted ultra and they simply said they werent able to help me. I contacted them a second time. The second time they refunded me the mascara but not the dyson. I asked if they could ship the item to a store closer to me and they simply said again that they couldnt help me. Worse customer service at ultra. Never again!
