I would give zero stars if I could. I placed an online order because the local Ulta store only had travel sizes in stock and I want full sized bottles of products. I ordered 1/16, was notified 1/17 that it had shipped. There has been no tracking update and no delivery as of 1/23. I ordered so many things in past 2 months with Ulta, approx over $500. Mostly in store orders. I placed an order for $44 online and it shows delivered when it hasn't. I reached out to customer service and they said they can't help and I need to call after 4 days later. I explained it was gift for someone and it is very important that I receive it. The representative kept saying they can't help me. Now that I am writing this review I see why Ulta has 1 star. For some consumers customer service matter more than product itself.... read more

I have been emailing customer service regarding an order placed on November 29th and it is now January 15th. Irecently sent out my 3rd email regarding this issue last week. It states on their website it's "awaiting carrier pickup" and ***** in customer service dismissed me by saying this issue has already been addressed. While you addressed it you never sent my package. At this time. I'll be taking I no my business to Sephora. I'll also make sure I encourage all my Co workers and friends, family to do the same.

I had gone to their physical store to return some items I didnt like. The first time I went, they told us they could not give any refunds for the returns. They could only give out store credit, which sounds extremely suspicious because what if I paid with cash? Also they had no issues ringing people up and charging credit cards for purchases so the systems were not down as they claimed. The Ulta located in ******, ** is the by far the worst Ulta Ive ever visited. About 6 months ago, I was went to exchange an item and the way security and the store manager kept following me was ridiculous. About 3 weeks ago, my mother wanted to run in and purchase a gift card (the same ****** location). I went with her and was browsing around and being stalked by security yet AGAIN. Twice I've gone in to purchase foundation, and since covid you can't try on makeup in store but the associate assured me I could bring it back and return it for the correct color. Twice I've done this and when I bring it back they charge me for an even exchange. I have been a loyal customer for over 6 years. But January of 2021 I decided to use $250 of my rewards and spend on the beginning of the year deals. In total I spent about $780!!! My package never arrived. I made a police report, my apartment cameras didn't record a driver dropping off my package. If I could give negative stars I would! There customer service lacks service to say it nicely! They put signs up all over the stores and on website but cant honor their own promotions! I went to the Salon here to get my hair styled for my company business party. The stylist only curled my hair (tight spiral curled that need to be brushed out and styled still) She gave me instructions on how to style my hair at home.
