This is a company of thieves. If you do not make a payment by 5pm Eastern time on the day it is due they hit you with a late charge of $41. the last thing i knew is there are 24 hours in a day. this is just another way for them to steal money from the consumer. Stay away from this company. They will do anything to steal your money.

Ulta screwed up my online order delivery and held my $1,279.48 hostage. I placed 2 separate online orders for 2 Dyson Special Edition Airwrap ("Airwrap") for a total of 4 Airwraps. Ulta provided me with 2 tracking numbers. I got 2 shipments but only 1 Airwrap was in each box. FYI, each Airwrap costs $599.99, so I spent a total of $2,558.96 for the 4 Airwraps + sales tax but only received 2. I placed an online order on 11/29/21. I never received any shipping notification until I called in 12/4 and spoke with customer service. I had a package delivered and left on top of mailboxes a year ago and disputed it. I placed the same order again and paid for it and it was delivered with no problem. But because I disputed the first charge I've been banned from ordering on line again. I've called several times and they say it'll be escalated, then they say its been resolved yet I can't order! 1/8/22 I spent $183.91 when I went to pay I was told my card was declined COMPLETE humiliation but I knew my card was fine. The line was long so I gave them my Ulta card they ran that card. I went to the car and called to see why my card was declined and was told it wasn't I had been charged twice on 2 different cards. Several months ago I had ******* senior stylist at Ulta hi light my hair. I told her heavy blonde hi lites. That was the color of my hair. She never did a sample patch test to check the product on my hair. She asked me if she could use a razor to cut my medium length hair. I told I I never had a razor cut before but she was the senior stylist and I trusted her judgement. She also suggested thinning my hair out because it was a little thick. limit to ONE payment for online purchases - meaning if you have multup,e gift cards or combination gift card and credit card. - You CANT buy online unless you spend an hour with their customer service to merge the gift cards into one**** what a snake of a company!

If I could give 0 stars I would. This company is awful! My package was delivered to the wrong address, the wrong state even! They wont refund my money or resend the items its bull! I will never shop here again and I will use my social media influence to let EVERYONE and their brother know, not to shop at this store that has terrible customer service!

Ulta Beauty does not care about their customers. If you do not receive a package they will just side with the shipper and not refund you or try to ship the product out again, so you are basically just scammed if there is any issues with their delivery methods. I live in a huge apartment complex and because the driver for ontrac shows they were in my complex with about 200 + different apartments that it shows delivered.
