After waiting for a specific item to go on sale from their website, I purchased a styler for my stepdaughter with arrangements for it to be shipped to her home in the Midwest. Her home address is the ONLY shipping address listed on my Rewards account, along with my billing address for payment. Apparently after the item was processed, the delivery address was inadvertently switched to my HOME address, which is nowhere to be found on my account. 3 days later, her styler shows up at my house, so I was forced to ship the item to... read more

This is in regards to K16424624one I placed an order from Ulta on 12/17 to get a few items that I will bring with me on my relocation to Europe. The estimated delivery date was sometime before Christmas. I work at home now and was waiting for my order to come but it never did arrive. Your customer service flat out lied to me (Twice). On the first call I was told I'd be "recieving a full refund and an e-mail to confirm". On the second call I asked why I hadn't yet received that e-mail. "It'll take 24 hours to recieve the confirmation e-mail". On the third call I was told there wouldn't be a refund at all. "We only issue refunds if an item hasn't been recieved within 10 days of shipment". Okay, fair enough. Distancing was not happening in this Ulta December 20Th 2020 at 1:45 p.m.I was told Salon was sanitary and distancing was practiced. I have been going for years and I am 71. Went to get hair done. Lines when I walked in people were close together. Went to Salon and I was distanced between chairs but other beauticians walked close right by me. I placed two orders after noticing shipping stopped updating I called to check on their status. They have certain “free” gifts if you spend a certain amount ($100) in this case. So they said we can send again without free items. I made extra purchases for the “gift”. Then they said the packages were attempted to be delivered ...we were home they were not attempted. It is now past the 10 business days and they still won't do anything about it. They claim delays as early as December 6th, but my order was placed before that, so that legally does not apply to my order. I scheduled for my hair to be colored with multiple colors for today. When I got there I was greeted and informed that my stylist was waiting for me. She asked me to have a seat, but before I sat down I wanted to show her what type of look I was going for, and if she could do it.
